After working as a head Casting Director for Random Production, Caterina decided to start her own casting company, with the help of young casting directors.

During this time she has worked and still does for campaigns, magazine and fashion shows, collaborating with designers such as Moschino, Max Mara and Blumarine just to name a few and stylists including Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele & Julia Von Boehm.
